We are seeking English Teacher for a China Vocation College in Huanggang. As an English Language Teacher you will be responsible for teaching the four skills (reading, writing, listening and speaking) to Diploma level students with existing low-levels of English. 

In this role, you will be expected to:

 

- Deliver high quality English teaching by using a variety of technology and student-centred teaching methods; provide students with opportunities to demonstrate their knowledge and skills.

- Plan, prepare in advance, and continually update teaching resources, learning activities, lesson plans, blended delivery methods and effective assessment methods to ensure student progress.

- Respond to student feedback and peer/manager observation reports by reviewing and updating teaching and teaching resources to ensure ongoing improvement of teaching content.

- Assist with the ongoing development of English language programme.

- Performs other duties as may be reasonably required from time to time.

To be successful in this role, you will need:

 
- Minimum a Bachelor’s degree from an accredited university, majoring in English, English Language Education or related discipline.
- Having an English Language teaching qualification (e.g. TEFL, TESOL and CELTA etc.) or 2 or more years’ full-time English Language teaching experience.
- Teachers from Britain, the United States, Australia, New Zealand, Canada are preferred, and women are preferred.
- Adapting your teaching style to meet student’s needs
- Highly developed interpersonal and relationship skills.
- Ability to use initiative and to be well organised.
